I also have a dilemma about this 5GHz WiFi with Intel 3165 and Windows 10. During my write-up my driver is 19.51.13.2 and my laptop was connected to a wired LAN. Windows was unable to make a 5GHz WiFi Hotspot when using the wifi hotspot toggle even if you set the wifi to 5GHz manually.
